Printer Advice Section

Interested in obtaining a printout of any of the pages of this site, like the Biography or Concert Dates?? Then you will almost certainly find the information at the bottom of this page useful and informative!

Like many people I have had great difficulties in obtaining printouts that came out properly formatted properly on the page - until someone took me to one side and explained some of the little known "tricks of the trade" settings. I'm happy to share some of that advice here.

Below are the EXACT settings that are recommend to use to obtain perfectly positioned printouts like the example opposite. Things to note are to cancel/delete any Headers and Footers and to alter the settings in the Left/Right and Top/Bottom boxes. {You will need to enter Go To >> File >> Page Setup to sort this facility}

If the advice above is not followed, and the normal default settings like the ones below are retained, there is a chance that most print outs may look like the example opposite, i.e. the table lay-out will not fit on the page properly and bits of photos and/or text will be lost from the right side and bottom. {This also happens with Netscape}
