Ruby Turner

Ruby has been given the Gold Badge Award by the British Academy Of Songwriters, Composers and Authors at a special Gala Dinner at the Park Hotel in central London.

On accepting her award, Ruby said “This is quite wonderful after 30 years in the industry. It’s been quite a journey. I started out with no plans, I just loved what I was doing. To be recognised like this is the icing on the cake”

The British Society of Songwriters, Composers and Authors, in association with the PRS for Music, presented the Gold Badge Awards on 28th October at the Park Lane Hotel in London. The awards recognise the work of men and women who have made a special contribution to Britain’s music and the entertainment industry.
